AIRCRAFT – AMMETER CIRCUIT (ATA 24) – INSPECTION/MODIFICATION
Applicability:
The present Airworthiness
Directive is applicable to TB aeroplanes all models and all serial numbers,
equipped with the ammeter option ref. OPT 10 593 00M or OPT 10 689 00M or OPT
10 D689 00M.
Effective date: March 21, 2002
Compliance : Required as indicated in DGAC AD 2001-446(A)R1.
Remarks:. The compliance of this AD must
be recorded in Aircraft Logbook, where applicable the requirements of this AD
must be integrated into Aircraft Technical Documentation. Address inquiries

Ammeter circuit modification (ATA 24)
1. APPLICABILITY
The present Airworthiness Directive is
applicable to TB aeroplanes all models and all serial numbers, equipped with
the ammeter option ref. OPT 10 593 00M or OPT 10 689 00M or OPT 10 D689 00M.
2. REASON
Following the occurrence of an incident in
service on an airplane equipped with the ammeter option, the electrical circuit
is modified according to the technical prescriptions of referenced Service
Bulletin SOCATA TB No.10-122-24.
The
Revision 1 of this AD extends the compliance date to February 15, 2002, to take
into consideration a delayed availability of the appropriate parts.
3. MANDATORY ACTIONS AND COMPLIANCE
The following measures are made mandatory
from the effective date of this Airworthiness Directive:
Before
February 15, 2002 modify the electrical circuit as indicated in the referenced
Service Bulletin SOCATA TB No.10-122-24.
Record the application of this
Airworthiness Directive in the aircraft logbook
