AIRCRAFT - LIMITATION OF OPERATION
Applicability:
Applicable to Moravan-Aeroplanes Inc. made aircraft mentioned bellow:Z-42, Z-42M, Z-42MU S/N from 0060 incl. in case when the Mandatory Service Bulletin Z 42/47a was performed.
Z-142 in case when the Mandatory Service Bulletin Z 142/44a was performed.
Reason: The limitation of 450 flight hours for the flying in either "AEROBATIC or UTILITY" category is substituted with active airplane life system monitoring. On the base of evaluation of the recorded loads by Acceleration Monitoring Unit (AMU1) is limitation of operation in Aerobatic or Utility category specified continually by the manufacturer.
Effective date: February 22, 2001.

For Z-42, Z-42M, Z-42MU S/N from 0060 incl. in accordance with Mandatory Bulletin No. Z 42/47a,
For Z-142 in accordance with Mandatory Bulletin No. Z 142/44a,

Remarks:. The compliance of this AD must be recorded in Aircraft Logbook, where applicable the requirements of this AD must be integrated into Aircraft Technical Documentation.
