Applicability: All PZL-104 WILGA 35 and 80 and PZL-104M WILGA 2000 aircraft.

Effective date: Upon receipt.

Compliance : Required as indicated in GICA AD SP-0060-2000-A.

Remarks:. The compliance of this AD must be recorded in Engine Logbook, where applicable the requirements of this AD must be integrated into Aircraft Technical Documentation.   1. Product: All PZL-104 WILGA 35 and 80 and PZL-104M WILGA 2000 aircraft.
  2. Type Certificate/Approval Number: GILC/GICA
  3. Subject: pin failure of the front stabilizer fastening
  4. Reason for the issuance of this AD: The AD has been issued after detecting pin failure on PZL-104 Wilga aircraft, S/N 140539 with total flying time 2532 hours (since last maintenance 1532 hours).
  5. Corrective action: Due to the detection of pin failure it is forbidden to conduct flights on all aircraft specified in point 1 of this AD until the aircraft manufacturer decides on further actions, which shall be published by a separate Airworthiness Directive.
