Applicability: Fuel cylinders supplied for flight by Cameron Balloons Limited/Thunder & Colt and Thunder & Colt Limited.

Effective date: February 25, 1999

Compliance : Required as indicated in CAA UK AD 002-11-98

SUBJECT - DESCRIPTION Periodic replacement of propane cylinder pressure relief valves
 

COMPLIANCE - REOUIREMENT (SUMMARY) Compliance is required with Cameron Balloons (Thunder & Colt) Service Bulletin No. SB4 before the next annual inspection. The Service Bulletin requires inspection of the propane cylinder pressure relief valves for contamination and corrosion. This action is required due to degradation of pressure relief valve performance with age.
