Reason for issuance: The left elevator was separated due to release hinge point of the left stabilizer in one event.

Effective date: February 20, 1998

Apply until: Prior to next flight after effective date of this AD.

Accomplishment Procedure: Z-50 L, LA, LS, LX, LE, M aircraft operators shall incorporate the Mandatory Bulletin Z-50/40a-Rev.1, Z-50M/12a-Rev.1 into appropriate manuals.

Remarks: Where applicable, the requirements of this AD must be integrated into the Aircraft´s Logbook(s).
