Applicability:
All model Kazaň Mi 8 series helicopters, certificated in any category.Reason for issuance:
Facts established by inquiry of accident of Czech Army helicopter Kazaň Mi-17.Effective date:
January 29, 1998Compliance : Prior to first take-off of helicopter.
Accomplishment Procedure: The inspection shall be done in accordance with LOK Praha Kbely Service Procedure "JEDNORÁZOVÁ KONTROLA TRANSMISE VRTULNÍKU Mi-8".
Remarks: Where applicable, the requirements of this AD must be integrated into the Aircraft´s Logbook(s).
